Yakitori is Japanese style skewered chicken, which is broken down and cooked over a charcoal fire. As well as the salty or salty-sweet, flamed flavour, the unique part of yakitori is that it separates different cuts of the meat and celebrates the different textures and flavours of each part. It’s one of the most popular dishes in Japan.
